Spencer Flight & Education Center's AOPA Rusty Pilots Seminar is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM CDT.  The event will be instructed by AOPA Foundation Rusty Pilots Presenter Mark Boguski. SFEC will also provide lunch and door prizes for attendees.

Ready to get back in the cockpit? Register for the AOPA Rusty Pilots program at Spencer Flight and Education Center to refresh your aviation knowledge, learn what’s changed, and reconnect with the flying community. No FAA check ride or test is required, and many pilots may not even need a medical. Plus, attendees can earn up to three hours of ground instruction credit toward their flight review and qualify for FAA WINGS credit. Cost: Free for AOPA members. Join AOPA for $89 and attend for free or pay $89 (plus 5% credit card processing fee) without joining.
